La NASA difundirá este martes la canción de The Beatles «Across the Universe»-A través del Universo- por el cosmos, a la espera de que pudiera ser recibida en algún remoto rincón por algún tipo de vida inteligente. De esta manera, la agencia espacial celebra de manera simultánea el cincuenta aniversario del lanzamiento de su primera sonda espacial y los 40 años de la canción de la legendaria banda británica.
La canción viajará por el Universo a una velocidad de cerca de 307.000 kilómetros por segundo y en dirección a la estrella Polar, que está a 431 años-luz de la Tierra. Buen viaje.
